One year ago exactly I crushed a major limitation by delivering a speech in public to a group of women. It was exciting, and yes I was nervous but I knew that I no longer wanted to play small.I wanted to serve. And I did.MULTIPLE TIMES. And now it's YOUR TURN beautiful!!
In this episode, we cover the challenging subject of being rooted and patient with our self-transformation. As we live in a world of quick fixes and hacks we're more than inclined to desire our growth & our chance ASAP!With reason because why not. But what happens when we don't allow ourselves to really be in sync with the process of change? We burn out, we get overwhelmed and we don't really allow ourselves to see how much change and growth is actually happening.
The biggest fail in human history is that we fail to think for ourselves sometimes. We fail to understand ourselves and we fail to acknowledge ourselves. Thus we lose control of our beings and haphazardly plan, decide and create based on how our achievements will make the outside world perceive and love us.
Do you ever find yourself comparing yourself to your friends, family members, strangers & you have this pang in your heart that stings a little becuase you feel like you should be on the same wavelength as then?
What do you do? Seperate your essential self, your emotional self from the others.Get into the core of who you are and what you really enjoy doing, what you're capable of, what you want, what you love.... and own it with full grasp. Without fear of "what our family, peer group, or that little voice" will think. Now this is may be difficult in the beginning, but when you really think about it... is conforming and creating a life based on someone else's beliefs making you happy right now? Or are you desiring freedom from it.
Joy lies within the simple things... for me it's a nice cup of coffee, getting lost in a great book "queue imagination",scented candles and dancing..."just to name a few" sooooooo
